(This issue has been repeatedly raised in the media not only in Russia but also in Kazakhstan). Unfortunately 80% of all drivers continue to use mobile phones while driving.
Drivers, who talking on mobile phone, even they use the Hands-Free device more dangerous than drivers, who are mild intoxicated. This conclusion was reached (got????) by researchers from the Transport Research Laboratory ("Transport Research Laboratory") in United Kingdom.
The risk to get into an accident because of a mobile phone is increasing (to? for???) four times. The reaction time during a call decreases by(to?) 50 percent, while a person with alcohol intoxication- only 30 percent, compared with a sober and focused on driving the driver.
The negative effect from using mobile phones during driving.

But the third time, he risks losing the driving license for six months .
