Ann: Hallo, is that you, Mary? How are you? Why didn't you go to classes yesterday?!
Mary: Hallo, Ann. I felt very ill yesterday. I couldn't even get up.
Ann: What was the matter with you?
Mary: I don't know, I haven't seen the doctor yet. I had a high temperature.
Ann: Can you go to the Institute today?
Mary: No, I'm afraid I can't. The doctor's coming this morning. I feel I should stay in bed for a few days. (I'm very sorry I have to miss several lectures.
Ann: That's all right. You mustn't come if you are ill. You should certainly stay in bed. You can have my notes If you like. Can I come to see you today?
Mary: Certainly. Please come round after classes.
Ann: I'm sorry, but I have to go to the library after classes to get some books for my talk.
Mary: Don't go to the library. I've got a lot of interesting books at home. You can take any of them.
Ann: All right. Can I get to your place by the 41 tram?
Mary: Yes, but don't come by tram. There's a new underground station near my house now.
It takes me fifteen minutes to get to the Institute by underground.
Ann: Very good, and now I must hurry to the Institute. See you later.
Mary: Till this evening then. Don't forget to bring me your notes. Ring me up if you can't come.

Ann rang her friend Mary asking why has she not come to the classes yesterday. Mary said  that she didnt feel good and could not even get up of her bed. Ann started to worry about her. She asked Mary what was wrong with her. the friend replied that she has got a fever but has'nt been seen by doctor yet. She also told Ann that she was going to stay in her bed for couple of days and felt sorry missing several lectures. Ann asked Mary if she could come to visit her after the classes and offerred her notes so Mary could stay in the bed and study if she felt any better. Mary invited Ann to her house straight after the classes but Ann was going to to go to the library after lunch to get some books for reading but Mary promised to give her any book she'd get interested by. Once again Ann asked Mary if she could get to her address by tram 41. Mary said it'd be more convenient to go by underground. There's been new station built recently near her house. Ann was in a hurry to the university so she told her friend that she was going to see her later on. Mary reminded her to bring her notes and let her know if she couldn't come.
Ann rang her friend Mary asking why she hadn't come to the classes the previous day.
Mary said  that she had felt very ill that day. She could not even get up.
Ann wanted to know what the matter was.
But Mary didn't know, as she hadn't seen the doctor yet. She had a high temperature.
Ann asked if Mary could go to the Institute that day, but Mary was afraid that she couldn't, as the doctor was coming that morning. She felt that she had to stay in bed for a few days. She was also sorry that she had missed several lectures.
Ann answered that it was all right and told Mary to stay at home and in bed if she was ill. She offered Mary her notes and asked if she could visit her.
Mary told Ann to come round after classes.
But Ann had to go to the library after classes to get some books for her talk.
Mary told her that she had a lot of interesting books at home and could give Ann any of them if she needed.
Ann agreed and asked if she could get to Mary's house by the 41 tram. Mary said yes but told Ann to go by underground rather than by tram, as it was much quicker (it took her fifteen minutes to get to the Institute ).
Ann agreed and told Mary that she would see her later, as she had to hurry to the Institute.
Mary reminded her to bring the notes and told Ann to ring her up if she couldn't come.
