I was editing a Word document on my mac and at the end I have saved it. I am using dropbox, so my files are synced in the cloud.
The problem is that today I tried to open that document and I saw that the file was changed and it was the older version of the Word document.
I guess that after saving the document on my mac, it was not automatically synced with dropbox account, that's why after reopening it just updated from dropbox database and brought the older version.
I guess the older version was downloaded, because the same dropbox account is used on my PC and that is the old version that is stored on PC.
Please help me to recover that document. I just think the dropbox is automatically changing the document, but as I firstly edited the document on my Mac and saved it, it should be stored somewhere on my hard disc, but I don't know how to find it.
P.S I have tried the "previous versions of file" using Dropbox's web site and the latest version was not there.
